2. Look Out For Our Reply
Based on the information you’ve provided, we’ll come back to you with all the details you need from the box(es) or bag we believe are most suitable to the hire costs and delivery/collection options.
3. Confirm You’re Happy
Let us know you’re happy with the details of hire, terms & conditions, etc., and how you’d like to get hold of and return your box(es) or bag(s).
4. Reserve Your Box or Bag
Reserve your box(es) or bag(s) & guarantee availability by paying the low, market-leading deposit(s) using one of the payment options detailed.
5. Sit Back & Relax
With your box(es) or bag(s) now reserved and guaranteed for your trip, relax until your balance of hire is due.
6. Settle Your Hire Balance
Not due until 1 week before your hire start date (you can settle earlier if you’d prefer), paying your hire balance is the final step before you have your box(es) or bag(s) in hand.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION
You have mentioned you would be happy to collect/return your boxes. Should you need, we can provide a door to door delivery/collection option, do provide free delivery/collection to within a 10 mile radius of Prestatyn or can arrange a mid way meet if required. Address for your collecting & returning the boxes will be provided should you choose to hire.
HALFWAY MEETS
Prefer to meet us halfway between Prestatyn and your place? Get in touch and let us know when and where is most convenient and we will do our best to accommodate where we can.
DOOR-TO-DOOR DELIVERIES
We still do door-to-door deliveries, even when there are no hire hubs in your area. Simply contact us and we will get back to you.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Please note that hiring is acceptance of our Terms and Conditions in full. They're nothing complicated but just make sure everyone is covered and happy with the process! Should you hire, you'll also be provided with a packing guide, bubble wrap to protect sensitive areas of your bike and also cable ties to secure each latch (where applicable). Should you need one, we also provide TSA padlocks for hire at £1.50 per lock.
RESERVING A BOX
To reserve your box(es) and to guarantee availability, we'd need only the deposit(s) for the boxes in the 1st instance with payment of any balance due no later than 1 week before your hire start date. Details for payment will be provided once you confirm you are happy with everything.
BOX DEPOSITS
With all hires, we do ask for a small deposit of £50.00/£75.00 per box (Standard Size/Aero Easy Fit) which is refundable on return of the box without any damage of note (We understand there are likely to be some minor scuffs/scratches etc.). The refundable deposit charge is a separate charge to the ‘hire costs’ shown.
