Our boxes and bags can accommodate all bikes including Road, Gravel & TT Bikes to MTB’s, Downhill Bikes and Enduro Bikes.
Is there a minimum hire duration?
No. Whether you need a box or bag for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or more we will accommodate short or long term hires.
Can you accommodate large group bookings?
Yes, we carry a large stock of boxes and bags for hire and can accommodate single or large group bookings.
What are the options available for bike boxes?
We offer three options: Mid-Range Standard Size, Premium Standard Size, and Larger Premium Easy Pack Boxes. Each option comes with varying features and qualities to suit your preferences.
Tell me more about the Mid-Range boxes
Our Mid-Range boxes are great, hard case boxes with an incorporated anti-crush system. While considered a mid-range option, they are of high quality and have a proven track record in our hire fleet. However, the general build quality and anti-crush system employed are not as robust as our Premium Range boxes.
What are the costs for Mid-Range box hire?
Depending on the duration of hire, the daily hire rate applied is between £4.00 – £6.00 per day.
What about the Premium boxes?
Our Premium range boxes boast a more robust and better all round build quality than our Mid-Range option. They also feature a more substantial anti-crush system for enhanced protection when in the plane hold.
How much does it cost to hire Premium boxes?
For standard size, premium range boxes, Depending on the duration of hire, the daily hire rate applied is between £6.00 – £8.00 per day.
Are there any larger box options available?
Yes, we now offer 2 Premium Range options. The Shockbox Pro Edition and the Bike Box Alan Aero Easy Fit option. These larger boxes simplify packing and allow you to leave handlebars and seat components entirely in situ.
How much does it cost to hire larger Premium boxes?
Depending on the duration of hire, the daily hire rate applied is between £8.00 – £10.00 per day.
Can I have the boxes delivered and collected?
Yes, we offer door-to-door delivery & collection options and can also arrange mid-way meets if required.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, we ask for a small, refundable deposit of £50.00/£75.00 per box (Standard Size/Larger Easy Pack).This deposit will be returned upon the undamaged return of the box.
How can I reserve a box?
To reserve a box and guarantee availability, we require only the small, market leading deposit of between £50.00 – £75.00.

Do you provide additional items for packing and securing the box?
Yes, along with the box, we provide a packing guide, bubble wrap for protecting sensitive areas of your bike and cable ties to secure latches (where applicable). We also offer TSA padlocks for hire at £1.50 per lock.
Do you provide club member discounts?
Yes. Whether you’re a member of your local Cycling Club, Triathlon Club or MTB Group, with proof of membership we’ll apply a ‘club member’ discount.
