At Armourdillo Bike Box Hire we pride ourselves on providing only genuine, market-leading bike box & bag brands that ensure the safety and security of your bike(s) when travelling abroad.
Through both our experiences of travelling with our own bikes and meticulous research when looking at boxes & bags on the market, we’ve been incredibly selective regarding the boxes & bags we stock and are prepared to offer to our customers.

THE STORY OF ARMOURDILLO
An accident, lots of free time due to said accident, and an upcoming riding trip to the French Alps all gave rise to Armourdillo Bike Box Hire!
When looking to hire boxes for an upcoming trip to the French Alps, Kev (the Owner & Operator of Armourdillo Bike Box Hire) & friends were struggling to find a customer-focused, service-centred bike box hire company that could provide boxes of sufficient quality at a reasonable cost.
With lots of research & deliberation during his recovery time and pondering potential solutions, Kev eventually stumbled on the only suitable solution – to buy the boxes needed for the upcoming trip and hire them to his friends.
So, that’s what he did and the rest as they say, is history!
From those small beginnings, Armourdillo now provides a large selection of only market leading bike boxes & bags for every bike. From standard road bikes, to triathlon-specific, and also boxes & bags to accommodate all MTB’s including XL 29’er’s.
Able to accommodate single or large group bookings on daily hire rates (with no minimum hire duration) and with plenty of options to get hold of your box(es) and bag(s), including hire hubs, collection/drop hubs, door-to-door delivery options, or even mid way meets, Armourdillo has grown to become a recognised and trusted provider of bike transportation boxes and bags across North/Mid Wales, Cheshire & The North West.
